Copyright and Trademarks
The Services empower users to generate Content owned by them exclusively. SwiftCapture asserts no ownership rights over the works you produce. You guarantee that you own the Content you create. Nonetheless, the Service and its original Content ("SwiftCapture Content") are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other applicable laws. SwiftCapture retains all rights in the SwiftCapture Content and the SwiftCapture Services.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The SwiftCapture Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any expressed or implied warranty or condition of any kind. Your use of the SwiftCapture Service is undertaken at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwiftCapture and all content owners disclaim any representations and warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SwiftCapture be liable for any loss or damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, arising from:
- Access to the Service or inability to access the Service;
- Conduct, content, information, or data of any third party;
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to and/or use of (or your inability to access and use) the SwiftCapture Services;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of SwiftCapture Services and/or any personal, private, and/or other information stored therein.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
By using our app, you agree to the terms set forth in our End User License Agreement (EULA), which includes specific provisions for Apple users as mandated by the Apple App Store.
The EULA governs your use of the My App software and services. By downloading or using our app, you accept the terms of this EULA, which encompass the scope of the license, permitted uses, restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

In-App Purchases
If our app offers in-app purchases, the following terms apply specifically to Apple users:
► Billing and Payment: All in-app purchases are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's billing policies. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
► Subscription Services: If you subscribe to any service through our app, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
